Lake Skinner Marina Staff
The water temperature is 55 degrees. The water level is slowly raising again a couple of feet. All the trout this week are being caught in the East Bay or at the early morning bite toward the shoreline east of Ramp 2.
The cold water has affected the largemouth bite. Looking forward to the pre-spawn season as soon as the water is 60 degrees, possibly early March. The Bluegill are down in the water column around 75 feet. The next trout plant will be February 21, 2013.
