Fishing Action by Species

Trout: Many reports of trout being caught, 2 to 5 lbs. using meal worms and power bait.
Catfish: Slow, there was one 8.2 catfish caught on night crawlers.

We just had a stocking on Thursday 12/6/12 of trout, and then state came in on Friday 12/7/12 to stock 1 to 2 lbs. trout. Friday and Saturday morning was a great turn out for the park, we had a full lake. I was able to get our fishermen in the park and ready to fish just 20 minutes after I opened the gates. We finally got our bait in for trout season and we have plenty of night crawlers, power bait, and meal worms. As well as nets, hooks, line, pole holders, and so on.
