Stipers and Largemouth are on the bite at Lake Castaic
11-19-2012
Castaic Lake Staff
The Striper and Largemouth bite at Castaic is excellent. The Stripers were biting on swimbaits at the marina and the upper lake. Largemouths have been biting in the backside of Eucalyptus Point on wither nightcrawlers or jigs. A couple of Smallmouth were caught in Oak Canyon which were caught on roboworms. The upper lake is scheduled to be stocked with trout again this week on either Tuesday or Wednesday.
