10-23-2012
Lake Perris Marina Staff
Bass have been on the move mid-day for a nice bite from 11:00 AM to about 2:00 PM. The marina and launch ramp coves have been the best places for the Bass. They are hitting lures and plastic worms with silver and black being the best colors.
Bluegill are hitting in the Marina or from a boat in about 15' to 25' of water. Crickets, wax worms and mealworms are the best bait. Redear are hitting on red worms and trout worms. With the weather cooling and the shorter days the water is cooling downand we should have a trout stock soon.
