We are offering an exclusive two handed casting experience. Leading California Spey casting guides and instructors, Chris King, Whitney Gould, Jason Hartwick, Rich Zellman, Craig Nielsen, and Anthony Carruesco are presenting an exclusive three day four night Klamath River Spey and Switch Rod on stream workshop at the stunning Scott River Lodge November 11-15th.

The program is perfect for folks who are seeking to begin casting with two hands as well as experienced anglers looking to refine their Spey Casting and steelheading techniques. This is our third season and all of our previous programs were a tremendous success, drawing rave reviews from guests including this: "we came expecting the best but it was better than we expected, it was phenomenal!"

The Scott River Lodge is a beautiful Rocky Mountain style retreat nestled on the banks of the incredibly scenic and remote Scott River. This full service facility caters to the most discriminating anglers, ideal for small groups of six to ten with a maximum of twelve. The lodge is ideally situated midway between Happy Camp and Irongate Reservoir affording over 75 miles of water on the Klamath to fish along with 25 miles of the pristine Scott River. After drifting for wild steelhead on the legendary Klamath River or walking and wading the Scott River, you can relax by the stone fire place with a favorite beverage, enjoy the view from the expansive decks or make a few extra casts in the excellent runs just steps from your door. The lodge features a stunning grand room overlooking the river, deluxe guest rooms, a quiet library with a spectacular view, incredible dining and internet connections.

The dates we have chosen are prime time to enjoy fall steelhead fishing at its finest with the luxury of the exclusive Scott River Lodge and the finest steelhead guides and instructors. Whether you prefer to swing classic wets and dries or dig deep with a sink tip, there is no better place to develop your skills as the action on the Klamath this time of year is typically outstanding for both adult steelhead and half pounders with catch rates that far exceed any other California steelhead destinations.

This four night, three day adventure includes demonstrations, on stream instruction and guided opportunities to cast for and catch both half-pounder and adult steelhead on the legendary Klamath River. All meals, snacks and non alcoholic beverages are provided as is transportation to the river, including boat access to prime runs each day. Rods, reels and lines as well as all terminal gear, including flies, are provided for guests to sample and use. This weekend is limited to twelve anglers double occupancy and a guest to guide ratio of two to one! Invite a friend. Priced at only $1795. Contact us now as space is limited. We have filled our December trip and have five spaces still available November 11th-15th, which we anticipate filling quickly.
