"The boat returned with tuna, a nice yellowtail catch and a few dorado from this four-day open trip," said the report from American Angler August 27, "sponsored by our generous friend, Matt Salas. Thank you Matt for the Salas lures, T-shirts and Blackwater flourocarbon that you gave to everyone!"

• Seacher lands 123 Tuna for the day along with 9 Dorado
• Support for Chris Montera, Capt. Ray Montera's son
• The Independence sees slower action at the tuna grounds
• The Alijos Rocks serves up some nice Wahoo for Intrepid Anglers
• Red Rooster III lands just short of 200 mixed tuna for the day while fishing offshore
• Searcher has a great day fishing, landing 40 tuna bringing their total to 126 tuna for the trip
