Drew Card checked in with this report from the Pacific Queen on Monday afternoon, "We are down here fishing Yellowtail and Bluefin right now we have 30 Yellowtail for our 10 Passengers and 1 Bluefin. We got out with a really light load, we decided to go because there are fish. And we've done OK for our efforts, 30 Yellowtail and 1 Bluefin. We are dealing with a little bit of wind, the guys yesterday had pretty windy conditions. The wind seems to be backing down all the time. I know when I looked at the weather report, it showed the wind coming down through out the week.
"Anyway we have a trip leaving tomorrow night, it's a definite go. We'll be leaving out of Fisherman's Landing. The phone number for the landing is 619-221-8500. You can also sign up for that trip on our website at www.pacific-queen.com.

Drew Card checked in on Sunday morning, "We had a little tougher day yesterday. It was a decent day, tougher than what we were hoping for. We had 23 Yellowtail and 3 Bluefin Tuna. We had a little bit of wind in the afternoon, and it kind of pushed the Yellowtail off the kelp. There were a couple Yellowtail caught on kelps late. But for the most part it was a little more difficult for most of the fleet. "We do...... Read More
