Drew Card checked in on Sunday morning, "We had a little tougher day yesterday. It was a decent day, tougher than what we were hoping for. We had 23 Yellowtail and 3 Bluefin Tuna. We had a little bit of wind in the afternoon, and it kind of pushed the Yellowtail off the kelp. There were a couple Yellowtail caught on kelps late. But for the most part it was a little more difficult for most of the fleet.

"We do have a trip going out tonight. It's a 1.5 Day Trip leaving out of Fisherman's Landing. If you are interested in fishing with us give Fisherman's Landing a call at 619-221-8500. We also have a couple of different trips this week if you are interested. We have a 1 Day Trip leaving Thursday night. That trip will leave out of Fisherman's Landing and we'll be fishing the Coronado Islands. We'll be fishing Yellowtail, Barracuda, Bass, all the good things the Coronado Islands has to offer. This will probably be one of our last Coronado Island trip of the year. So if you are interested in that call the landing.

"Also next Friday night we have a 2 Day Trip. This will be a fun 2 Day Trip sponsored by Diawa. Diawa usually comes out and brings gear for everybody. They bring rods and reels for everybody to try out, and they usually raffle off a reel and a rod. If you are interested in getting on something like that then I would suggest that you do it. The weather should improve towards the end of the week, we're going to be getting back on the fish. This would be a good time if you want the opportunity to catch Bluefin or Yellowtail.
