Channel Islands Sportfishing
With a couple weeks of rough weather to start the season, this past week was just what we hoped for. Our overnight boats had stellar outer island fishing all week. Limits of tasty reds, funky chucks and cabezon were commonplace all week. Mix in some good lingcod counts, some feisty ocean whitefish and scrappy sheephead; these trips are always super productive and super fun. Our full day boats have been getting into the whitefish as well as easy limits of tasty rockfish and a few big lings as well. My ½ and ¾ day boats have been having good success at our local islands, putting up good red counts and decking some massive salmon grouper. Overall once the wind laid down the fishing picked up for the entire fleet. We have boats heading out every day in search of some of the tastiest fish in the ocean. Call the landing today to book your spot today any one of our 12 sportfishing boats. NOW LETS GO FISHING!
