Waterfowl hunting in Northern California

The unseasonably good weather means minimal success for local waterfowl hunters, confirmed Dave Ebright at Chico Sportsman's Den. "It's been good weather for ducks, but not for hunters", quipped Ebright. "There are plenty of birds in the valley, but without any weather there is no reason for them to move. Overall it has not been real good. At best, folks are getting one or two birds per outing. There are probably more geese than ducks being taken right now."
