We made it in time to catch a few big baits early this morning before sunrise and man did they pay off for us. The rest of the day was spent chasing down bird schools and making drifts with anywhere from 5 to 16 Tuna per drift. The majority of our fish today were smaller grade Tuna in the 40 to 80-pound range, but there were a few good ones mixed in there as well, like Chuck Lox hooking and boating his first Cow Tuna after a long battle on the drift. We will try and catch some bait tonight and get ready for tomorrow."
