Mark Gillette called in to give an update on the Eclipse, "I talked to Captain Rick Podolak who is aboard the Eclipse right now. They are all done on Yellowtail right now, they are just catch and release on Yellowtail. Yesterday they ended up with 45 mixed tuna. Half and half on the Bluefin and Yellowfin. And they got a handful more Dorado. Capt Rick was eager to see how far west the water they are working in goes to. Most of this action is 120 miles so it is perfect for 1.5 Day Trips.
"If you want to get out with us again Seaforth Sportfishing is the number to call for Sunday night 1.5 Day Trip. We will probably get out with a light load so if you want to go out with us give Seaforth a call at (619) 224-3383. Then there is our 2 Day Trip leaving Tuesday night. The cost is $300 and you will be fishing Wednesday & Thursday. On Monday that trip will go up in price. If you want to get on that trip give Mark a call at (619) 518-8701.
