Excel Long Range Sportfishing

Today was our last full day and we had high expectations to catch a couple of fish before we had to go but we never tagged a tuna or a wahoo today. We had a good school of 80 to 110 pound fish on us in the afternoon and a school of cows on us after dinner but neither one of the schools wanted to cooperate. So we left the bank with a fair catch on board of mixed wahoo and yellowfin up to 232 pounds and are heading for Cabo. We have been so blessed with fantasy fishing the last four months that this window of trips for the boats that have been out the last two weeks really puts it all into perspective and back to reality. There is still good quality fish to be had but we just have to work a little harder at getting them to bite.

If you would like to go fishing with us please BOOK ONLINE or call (619)223-7493 to get in on the action.

We will try again tomorrow and hope that we end our trip on a good note. Shawn and the crew ...... Read More
