OFFSHORE BLUEFIN/YELLOWFIN (090811)!!! Hello everyone;
Well all good things must come to an end, and so it is with our weather. We had 15 to 18 knots of breeze today and sunny.
Fishing started out a bit slow, but by days end, it was a good day. We had Bluefin tuna up to 60 pounds, and Yellowfin in the 18 to 25 pound range. Most of the Bluefin came on fly line Sardine. We did catch a few on the Mackerel. Most of the Bluefin were in the 45 to 60 pound range. We will give this another try tomorrow, then call it a trip around 15:00 hours. So until tomorrow, wish us luck. The R/p crew.
