Today we fished off shore for some tuna. We went west to look around in an area that has not seen any traffic yet this year. We searched hard all day for nada. We saw one spot of some bigger blue fin but as blue fin do they dropped off the face of the earth when we came within 200 yards of them. For the rest of the day we saw nothing. The gang had a good day just hanging out and having a few beers in the sun. For Monday, we are headed to the islands for some yellows and bass from the skiffs. This trip last year we fished out of the skiffs the whole trip, this year they wanted to fish both off shore and at the islands for some bass in the skiffs. The group is a good one, they are all mellow and having a great time. We will arrive at the island around noon and will put the skiffs in the water if we have the right conditions, if not we will fish the big boat today and drop the skiffs first thing tomorrow. We have a new camera and have finally figured out how to put some pictures on with the reports. More tomorrow, the Q crew's out!!!
