Hello anglers,
Today was a beautiful day both for weather and fishing. We had a good variety of fish today which included Yellowfin to 65 pounds, Dorado to 25 pounds and we also caught a few Bluefin to 100 pounds. All of the fish came in the same warm pocket of water. The water was 70.5 and there were several spots of fish up breezing around on the surface. We saw Bluefin that were pushing 150 pounds and Yellowfin that were around 90 pounds.
Most of the spots were not very cooperative but the couple that wanted to eat gave us all a good show and alot of fun.The bigger Yellowfin were caught on the yo-yo jigs and the Bluefin were caught on flylined sardines and sardine and sinker rigs. We are going to spend the night drifting tonight and see what the morning has to offer us.
Enjoy the pictures. Reported by: Shawn Steward
