Hello Anglers,

Our weather today was not as cooperative as we would have liked for fishing off shore. Our mission today was to try to get on a school of bluefin or get a few yellowtail on some kelps. We did get a few yellows and we did see a couple of schools of bluefin but only landed 3 bluefin 22 to 30 pounds. We had a few small yellowfin that we caught in a warm strip of water but they were not the size that we were looking for. Tomorrow we are going to try our luck on the ridge and see what we come up with. The first picture that I am sending is of crewmember Mike Riddel holding a Yellowtail for young angler Mike Richichi of New York. The second is of Tom Walton and a bluefin he caught on a sardine and 40 pound.

A very good start to our day and when...... Read More

The day consisted of our usual tackle seminar and getting all of the passengers rigged up and ready to go for the trip. The second half of our day the passengers took advantage of the time and took naps or read books on...... Read More
