Hello Anglers,

Today we spent our time on the ridge on various spots. We picked up a few 20 pound yellowtail in the early morning hours before we pulled the anchor to look around. We had period of time where we had a few strikes in a row on wahoo from 30 to 80 pounds. When we got the anchor back down we sorted through the small yellowfin to get to the keepers and managed yellowfin to 40 pounds. In the afternoon we started to run up to another shallow on the ridge and we picked up 65 Dorado and a couple more wahoo on a sonar mark. That was our highlight of the day. Tonight we are going to run up to Hippolito to try for yellowtail and see if we can put together a day.

They really got on us good for awhile and they were jumping around and really causing havoc for the passengers. One of the wahoo we had hooked in the stern ran up and around the bow so...... Read More
