Hello Anglers,

We arrived at Fisherman's Landing at 0600 and weighed up jackpot. Winners are as follows: 1st. place went to Ed Ogawa with a 98.3 pound yellowfin tuna. 2nd. place went to Ray Gallegos with a 97.5 pound yellowfin tuna 3rd. place went to Dennis Nishimine with a 96.3 pound yellowfin tuna. The boat will be leaving the dock at 1100 for a 10 day trip so we will check in tomorrow.

Fishing in Hippolito

Hello Anglers,

We fished in beautiful weather in a area called Hippolito today. The yellowtail fishing was pretty good on birdschools and the one time we got the anchor down we had some small yellowfin come through a well. There was mostly 10 pound yellowfin which we released but we did manage one 40 pound yellowfin. We got our daily limit on 14 to 20 pound yellowtail and headed home at 1630. Hello Anglers,

Today we spent our time on the ridge on various spots. We picked up a few 20 pound yellowtail in the early morning hours before we pulled the anchor to look around.We had period of time where we had a few strikes in a row on wahoo from 30 to 80 pounds.
