Hello Anglers,
Wow, what a way to end a trip! The weather was perfect today, flat calm seas and just enough wind to give you a nice push while your drifting on biting schools of albacore. We started in the morning with steady jig strikes but not too many bait fish on the stops. There were a few hours in the afternoon where you felt that you were in the wrong area, no fish, anywhere. But around 4:30, it seemed like every albacore in the ocean was in a ten square mile zone. We had very good fishing from then until dark on this beautiful grade of fish. Let's call them 18-25 pound fish. Everyone is very happy with the way this one ended up. JUSTIN
