Hello Anglers,

Today was our first day of fishing on our trip and we started on the albacore grounds and had a great day of fishing. Our fish today were anywhere from 17 to 35 pounds and we caught them mostly on flylined sardines and anchovies.We had some good scratch type fishing in the morning and in the afternoon we started to get some good stops and had some wide open action. Tomorrow we are going to look offshore for some yellowfin and take it from there on what the next part of our trip has in store for us. Shawn and the crew

Wow, what a way to end a trip! The weather was perfect today, flat calm seas and just enough wind to give you a nice push while your drifting on biting schools of albacore. Hello Anglers,

We decided to spend the day looking at a temperature break that runs up the Baja coastline, hoping to find a sign of tuna to work with. The weather just won't give us a break and let us fish properly. Every time we turn on a sonar mark, water rushes over the stern rail and wipes everything out.
