Hello Anglers,
Hello angler's from beautiful Guadalupe island. Our weather here is very nice as usual and the sharks were ferocious as usual. We still put together a count for the day but we only landed 50 % of what we hooked. All of our fish today came on the sardines and 60 pound line and the smallest tuna was a 40 pounder and the biggest was a 85 pounder with the average fish in the 65 pound class. At one point we had 7 fish going at once but only landed 2 whole fish and got back a couple of heads one of which looked to be a 120 pound fish but we only got back about 20 pounds worth. We ended up with 26 yellowfin and 12 yellowtail for the day and as I mentioned we only got half of what we hooked. We are going to try here for the morning and then run offshore looking for signs of life out there. Shawn and the crew

Our best kelp was for 44 yellowfin tuna, 5 yellowtail and a dorado. The rest of the day we scratched a...... Read More
