Hello Anglers,
Well, we found our kelp with plenty dorado for everyone and we continued to look for wahoo. The flats were very aggressive and biting everything....just how we like them. The grade of the fish was mixed up ranging from small all the way up to "ball slapper" size. It was just what we needed after our slow day yesterday. JUSTIN

First day of fishing

Hello Anglers,
Today was our first day of fishing on our 8-day open trip. We fished the Ridge and had some very good action on tuna, yellowtail, and a few wahoo. The tuna was a nice grade, I'll call them 18-30 pounds with most of them being cookie cutter 22 pounders. I wouldn't call it wide open, but it was steady action all day long.
