Hello Anglers,
Well today was our last day of fishing these bird schools in the open water and we finished up with a bang. We had two stops today the first for 16 yellowfin from 90 to 130 pounds and the second stop was a full speed bite for 37 yellowfin that was as good as it gets on 80 to 130 pound fish. Our weather was good all day and we are going to go thru an area where there has been a little bit of bluefin sign and then on up to Chesters Rocks and Cedros for a little bit of yellowtail fishing. We will check in in a few days.

We caught fish on the sardines, mackerel, and even by casting...... Read More

Tuna on the other hand was really slow again with only 6 fish from 60 to 180 pounds being brought aboard whole and the heartbreaking last fish of the day for angler Vic Villa who fought his fish all the way to color before a pack......
