AMENDED CABO SAN LUCAS FISHING REPORT FOR THE GAVIOTA SPORTFISHING FLEET

The Gaviota Sportfishing Fleet's report came in this morning and reflected more good fishing results for all of the anglers that participated this past week. The "Gaviota VII" released 4 stripers for 2 days fished and rounded out their catch with a dorado and a couple of 30 lb. yellowfin tuna and the "Gaviota VIII" reflected 3 stripers released for two fishing days and a nice 40 lb. wahoo, a
single dorado and 5 yellowfin tuna, also in the 30-340 lb. class.
The overall catches for just the Gaviota Fleet for 12 days fished reflected 14 stripers released, 4 dorado, 1 wahoo and 17 yellowfin tuna. Almost all of the fish were taken in the area just outside the Cabo Arch, 3-6 miles or so and up to the Palmilla Ridge.
