Beautiful cool mornings and warm afternoons with mild breezes kept the bite active throughout the day with anglers using Power Bait ( especially chartreuse, salmon peach and garlic), night crawlers ( doused with attractant or combined with Power Bait), jigs and lures all caught limits.

Hot spots included the eastern shore and the grassy point of lake 3 as well as the eastern and northern shores of lake 2. Catfish were hitting Power Bait, mackerel and shrimp from the western and eastern shores of lake 3 and the eastern shore of lake 2 with fish up to 5 pounds. Bass ( post-spawn) were biting on night crawlers, spinner bait and senkos from the south eastern shore of lake 2 and the northern shore of lake 3 near the pump house. Anglers report nice size bass up to 4 pounds.
