Are you ready? Well hopefully any time now the news of good yellowtail and white seabass fishing will start. Lots of wind and lack of fish means not much to report except for some halibut and rockfish. As they say - any time now - stay tuned.
The Excel returned to Fisherman's Landing this week with a fine catch of tuna and wahoo from Hurricane Bank. They are off again soon for another wack at this fantastic fishing. Most of the other long range boat are in maintenance mode, getting ready for what hopes to be a fantastic summer season.
Celebrate Independence day aboard the Independence 5 day departing July 4. Pete Gray will be aboard this beautiful vessel with you with great free giveaways. Michael Fowlkes from Inside Sportfishing and John Kuch from Shimano will be our guests on the show. The Tackle tour goes on all day, and you can check out the latest Shimano gear, and even cast off the Fisherman's Landing docks.
