MIXED BAG AT ALIJOS (101510)!!! Hello everyone;
Our weather continues to be excellent with flat seas, clear skies and sunny. We had an excellent day of fishing today. We had a mix bag, with Yellowfin leading the way.
Most of the Yellowfin were in the 50 to 60 pound range, with a few 80+ coming aboard. We did have a few heart breakers today, with lager Yellowfin winning the battle. We had a good showing on Wahoo today, with most of the Wahoo in the 40 to 50 pound catogory. We had a handful of Yellowtail and Dorado also.
We are now trying to catch bait again tonight. Last night was just fair on making bait, but we managed to make what we need. Some of our larger Yellowfin were victims of a Mako shark attack. We will give this another try tomorrow, then see what the next day will bring. So until fingers and key board meet again.
