Hello everyone, well our weather is just gorgeous, flat seas, warm days, and clear skies. But lets talk about fishing. We started out the morning with a few good fish on the Sardines, then everything went south from there. It seems like the school is down for now, but we are hoping they will return tomorrow for another banner day about the R/P. Wahoo fishing is on the slow side, but we did manage to put one in the hole. The Yellowfin we landed today were in the 120 to 140 range. We did hook a larger fish today, but the hook would pull, and this fish would live to fight another day.
We have some new inductees to the polar bear club. The list just keeps growing. The lucky polar bears are listed below:
1. Kathy Rounds (second timer)
2. Rocky Opliger
3. Jim Brady
4. Shauna Barton (polar cub club)
5. Joyce Toomey
6. Tony Duprey
7. Brandon Kreutel (Polar Bear Charter Master Club.
So until tomorrow, wish us luck and we will keep you posted daily.
The R/p crew.

Hello everyone, things out at Hurricane bank are about the same, except our weather. The weather was a bit windy this morning, but this is Hurricane bank. By lunch time our weather was excellent. Yellowfin tuna fishing continues to be on the slow side. If not for the excellent Wahoo fishing, our days could be longer than normal. We are hoping that all the tuna we see will start to bite soon. Time is running out, but we still have...... Read More
