Hello everyone, things out at Hurricane bank are about the same, except our weather. The weather was a bit windy this morning, but this is Hurricane bank. By lunch time our weather was excellent. Yellowfin tuna fishing continues to be on the slow side. If not for the excellent Wahoo fishing, our days could be longer than normal. We are hoping that all the tuna we see will start to bite soon. Time is running out, but we still have 3 full days for things to take a change for the better. It's not much I can report on the fishing, but we did have an excellent lunch to day. Jimmy Guyot prepared the fish, and it was to die for. For those who have fished with us in the past you know, how good Patinas is, and Jimmy did a wonderful job. So as time goes on, so does this reporter, until tomorrow wish us luck.

The R/p crew.

If you would like to go fishing with us please BOOK ONLINE or call (619) 226-8092 to get in on the action.

Fishing today was about the same, good Wahoo fishing, and very slow Yellowfin tuna fishing. It's not that the...... Read More

Hello everyone, well our weather continues to be good on the anchor. Overcast skies, 12 to 15 knots of breeze, with 4 to 5 foot seas. Wahoo fishing continues to be on the upswing, with good counts for the day, but Yellowfin tuna action is on the slow side, with low numbers for the past two days. The fish that we are catching are all beautiful fish, just not many of them around. Big fish honors goes to, Don Burnside,...... Read More
