The fishing was the same today with some anglers catching 0 Salmon and some catching 3 Salmon. The size of the fish are still big so be prepared. The best area is the Soquel Hole at 36'51/121'57 to 36'51/121'59 in 220-250 feet of water. The Salmon were caught from 30-60 feet down trolling Krocodiles, Gold Spoons, Blue Kajikis, Purple Haze Kajikis, and Watermelon Apexes. The water was nice in the morning but the wind did come up in the afternoon. The wind is expected to be nice early but the afternoon will be windy. Sunday the weather is going to get better. The Rockcod fishing is open but there were not many boats looking for them today due to the rainy morning.
