We departed yesterday morning on the annual Rhodes 4 Day charter. With exciting news out west from the Bluefin grounds, we point the bow West. After a tedious rigging session to get our tackle dialed in proper, we rest up for the night ahead

Shortly after a delicious seared YFT tuna dinner from Chef Alex, we arrived on scene. Right away the BFT were hungry and eager to bite a lure. Satisfying! Firing on all cylinders in an organized chaos kind of way, we yanked and cranked til' everyone had enough. 
 

We'll be taking a stroll to Tanner Bank to see if we can catch a Tuna and Yellowtail on a sardine while anchored up. 
 

Today's photo honors goes to long time Royal Star angler Sam Irvani. With assistance from Chef Dave and the boys, she landed a whopper. 205 pounds it went on our scale. Epic!
