Another day on Detroit was a fantastic trip with Tom and his classmates from St Paul High. We had a slow fishing day but had some exciting moments. Many fish were lost today but we had FUN !!! Thank you guys for the great day and fishing with me. Enjoy your kokanee BBQ...

Today my buddy Bob and I went out to Detroit to scout for kokanee. We started on the south side of Piety Island and trolled along the south shore line to blowout. After circling the blowout area and driving into blowout itself, we headed back across to the north shore line towards Mongold. Between 0600 hrs and 1100 hrs we located so few fish.
