We returned home from our Larry Brown Ultra Limited Load 8 Day trip with an incredible load of fish. We departed from Point Loma and decided to head straight South and when we arrived to our first destination we were greeted with wide open action on Yellows. Every bait in the corner was a nice 12-25# Yellowtail. Surface Iron, Yo Yo jigs and fly lined baits was the key. We decided after we had our fill for the day to keep rolling south and on our second day we had excellent action on Yellowfin and better grade Yellows up to 30#s. We decided to make a run to the Rocks for our last couple days and we pieced together a really nice catch of Wahoo to top it off. We rounded out the trip on our last day with fun Ling Cod fishing with some Reds in the mix. Huge thanks to Larry Brown and all of his generous sponsors who helped make all of this happen.
