A beautiful day of leisurely travel passing time preparing tackle and sharing tales among like minded folks and friends. Easy going in flat calm seas stress was non existent as time was abundant. Reports ahead are colorful and encouraging. The big transition has occurred. On the move north all the late summer/early fall tropical varieties have infiltrated the lower zones and are pushing toward the local fishery at a rapid pace. What’s around and available in the local fleet is just the tip of the iceberg. Get ready for incredible offshore variety fishing to come.

Photo today was shared with us by an old friend whom we lent a quick hand offshore a week or so back. This is an angle from which our beloved Royal Star is rarely seen. Night time at it’s finest!

If you would like to go fishing with us please BOOK ONLINE or call (619) 224-4764 to get in on the action.
