Far from the welcome we sought the beginning round offered little more than a chance to wet our lines. The few schools seen showed zero interest reminding us all that at the end of the day (night) they are always in the drivers seat. The one saving grace was flat calm conditions. Beautiful. That huge bonus definitely took some of the sting out of zero production. This being the first day of four on our annual Let’s Talk Hookup summer run we’re not quite despondent yet. Expecting to work for it no tough result ever comes as a surprise. Time to make it happen!
