Rock Creek Lake is ICE free ! The gates are still locked at the road around the left of the lake, you will need to walk across about a foot deep of snow for about 20 feet then it’s clear. The parking lot at the boat docks are clear and there are people fishing and launching personal water crafts. No rentals or docks in water from Rock Creek Resort yet . Will venture around the back side of the lake soon, imagine I will need my muck boots
