Fishing is excellent at Navajo State Park

Whether fishing from a boat or a remote shoreline, fishing is excellent at Navajo State Park. Catfish, crappie, largemouth, and smallmouth bass swim in the shallows and near the lake surface. Kokanee salmon, northern pike, and many varieties of trout are found in deep waters. Remember to bring insect repellent, sunscreen, and clothing appropriate for changes in the weather.

Boating Status: Open ANS: Eurasian watermilfoil Elevation: 6,085 ft Recorded Species: Notes: The ANS inspection station is now open daily from 8am-4pm.
