Returning Trips

  • 12:15 PM: The San Diego just called in with 15+ Bluefin for their Full Day trip. Their fish are in the 20-40 pound range and Captain Matt said they were seeing bigger models out there as well. He recommended being prepared with a 30-40# flyline setup and an 80-100# setup if you are coming out soon.

  • The Pacifica returned from their 1.5 Day with 22 Bluefin Tuna from 40-100lbs. The Pacifica is a definite run for their 1.5 Day departing tonight and they have an early-departure Overnight leaving on Friday. Book your spot today!

  • The Polaris Supreme returned from their 2 Day with 54 Bluefin Tuna up to 90lbs. Captain Aliyar reported that the 40# flyline setup and 300g knife jigs were working the best.

6/1 3:30 PM: The Polaris Supreme just reported in from their 2 Day trip with 20 Bluefin tuna. Most are in the 20-80 pound range but they do have 7 weighing between 100-150 pounds. Captain Aliyar mentioned that 250-350g jigs and 40# flyline were working best and that there are very good signs but the fish are being hard to work with.
