Fish Report for 4-21-2023
The Bass action is solid here
4-21-2023
Chad Burton and Chris Borden
The Bass action is solid here with local anglers reporting good numbers of fish in the shallows. Anglers have been scoring fish with soft plastics on drop-shot and Ned rigs. Our local contacts reported excellent action with green pumpkin, chartreuse/white and fire craw jack hammers. Yesterday, a pair of local anglers fooled Bass with Senkos in Green pumpkin/black flake, watermelon red, and baby bass. The crappie bite is decent with crappie jigs and nibbles. The bluegill bite is good on wax worms and meal worms, while Carp can be caught with dough baits.
