January is in the books and February is in it's second week, Winter Steelhead fishing on the Klamath continues to produce fantastic fishing days and tons of smiles.

I have been mixing up the fishing methods with my clients, we have been side drift casting, and fishing eggs under the indicator every trip. Almost, every trip has been a double digit hook up day. We had one day where we only landed two, the full moon and windy weather may have caused that slow day. Who knows, because the trip before, we hooked 16 and the trip after we hook 14. That is fishing sometimes.

In the end the Klamath has been consistently good to great fishing for my clients and I. Check out the pictures and give me a call 530 905 0758.

I have some open days in March starting on the 12th you can look at my calendar an book online at Caldwellfishing.com

Lake Siskiyou fished awesome yesterday my client Jim went 11 for 16 on the day. He caught and released some fat Brown and Rainbow trout. Trolling plugs and spoons worked throughout the day.

For 30 years now this little jewel has provided a lot fishing smiles and fantastic photo memories. Checkout all the pictures and enjoy.

I have one day available this month, February 20th, otherwise checkout March , April, and May.

Kokanee fishing trips at Whiskeytown were fantastic beginning at the end of March last year.
