Royal Polaris Crew

Hello everyone; We arrived to Alijos Rocks at 08:00 hours, and the weather was just perfect. We had clear skies, flat seas, and sunny. We trolled up a few Wahoo before getting the anchor down. Today was tough at times, but then things started to look good. So I would call it a fair day of fishing, with Yellowfin, Yellowtail, Wahoo, and Dorado being caught. Most of the Yellowfin were in the 50 to 75 pound catogory, with a few going to 90 pounds. We will try to catch some bait tonight (mackerel and squid), so wish us luck, and we will keep you posted on our daily events. The R/p crew.

If you would like to go fishing with us please BOOK ONLINE or call (619) 226-8092 to get in on the action.

Lucky anglers were Bill Pargee and Jay Christensen. With the early departure, we should...... Read More

The morning brought steady yellowtail action with a handful of tuna mixed in, but by the afternoon the bite switched to straight tuna. By the end of the day there were only a few warriors left standing at the rail. But right at dusk we got into and absolute ripper of Yellowfin, and their diligence paid off. Every...... Read More
