The catfish opener kicked off last weekend and the fish were biting! The catfish bite has remained consistent throughout the week as well. Popular baits the catfish are biting on include nightcrawlers, mackerel, shrimp, and stinkbait. There are still plenty of catfish to be caught from the opener and we're stocking Lakes 3-4 and 6-7 this coming Friday. Don't miss out! Plenty of bass action also. Crankbaits, senkos, rattle traps, and top water baits are your best bet. We hope to see you out here!
