The Fly Shop
The entire river is in pretty good shape. Some large fish are in on the lower sections, with clear water you can spot them pretty easily. Watch out though, you will spook them if you drop right in on them. Mid day we are seeing some Blue Wing Olive hatches. Good flies are the #18 Zebra Midge, Sweet Pea in #16, and the #18 Olive Hotspot. Also Rubberlegs. Some of these fish are pretty aggressive, so swung and stripped Sculpin patterns are definitely a good idea now.

Klamath River - Middle: The snow is all gone up around the upper Klamath and the river has some color to it
Sacramento River - Lower: The river is really shaping up for a great spring
McCloud River: The McCloud is in good shape again for sure!
Trinity River: There are still quite a few adult steelhead in the river with more heading up from the Klamath
Sacramento River - Upper: The river is in pretty good shape from the top down to Simms at least
Baum Lake: Baum Lake is in great shape and there are a ton of fish
Shasta Lake: Fishing has slowed some on the lake
