Fish Report for 2-18-2022
The trout bite has remained steady
2-18-2022
Chad Burton and Chris Borden
The trout bite has remained steady throughout the week from the holdovers for the Firefighter Fishing Derby. Trophy Lightening and Rainbow Trout have been going for a multitude of minijigs, garlic scented Power Bait, garlic scented pinched-crawlers, and spinners. Surface flies have been scoring fish in the early morning and late afternoon. Most anglers here have been targeting trout, but the bass fishing remains fair. Your best bet are soft plastics on the drop-shot or Carolina rig.
