Lake Poway Staff
The bass bite has continued to be good off the fishing pier and on Friday, September 10th, Angela caught a nice 10 lb. 8 oz. largemouth bass off the fishing pier using a Yamamoto Senko (see photo). With the bass bite steady there are also still plenty of catfish to be caught having last been stocked on September 3rd.
Boating Closed - Due to damage sustained on the dock, the boat dock has remained temporarily closed and boats are not available for rent. Please check back for updated information.
When you stop by concessions to buy your permit ask about the best spots and baits. They have up to the minute information
