Yesterday morning we fished Bluefin for a short period of time and had excellent fishing from 0500 to 0730. We kept one to seven fish going the whole time. At 0730 we pulled the plug on Bluefin fishing and went looking for kelps the rest of the day. We located tons of kelps but unfortunately not many of them were holding fish. We managed to scratch up a handfull of Dorado for the rest of our day and we decided to make a move and try something a little different for our last morning. We are currently anchored up in beautiful weather and we are picking away steady on 15 to 20# Yellowtail. All methods seem to be working right now from fly lined baits to good action on the surface iron. We will check in later.
