We had an awesome time on our recent SFR charter on the Aloha Spirit with Captain Shawn Steward and crew. We left Captain Hooks and headed straight to the seabass grounds in hopes of landing a few trophy croakers. We spent most of the morning drifting the zone and were rewarded with 7 nice white seabass in the 20 -35 lb class, highlighted by Juan May's monster 35+ pounder. Not bad for his first seabass, plus it earned him jackpot honors for the day as well! Way to go Juan !!!We spent the rest of the day catching log barracuda and few other miscellaneous fish.
