August 28, 2020, COVID Update: We have received many calls from concerned customers regarding their fishing trips. We are OPEN and will be running all trips as scheduled. Our fleet is doing everything they can to ensure that we observe all safety protocols to provide the safest environment possible for your fishing trip.
8/29/20
The Islander called in from day 1 of a 2.5 Day with LIMITS of Bluefin Tuna(24) for 12 anglers.
The Pacific Queen called in with LIMITS of Dorado (68), 109 yellowtail and 8 Yellowfin Tuna on their overnight trip for 34 anglers.
The Intrigue called in with LIMITS of Dorado (12) and 2 Yellowtail for their Full Day trip with 6 anglers.
The Western Star caught LIMITS of Dorado (10) for 5 anglers on their 3/4 Day trip.
The Condor called in from their 1.5 Day trip with LIMITS of Dorado (66), 50 Yellowtail and 1 Yellowfin Tuna for 33 anglers.
The Dolphin AM half day trip caught 65 Rockfish for 33 anglers.
The Dolphin PM 1/2 Day caught 104 Rockfish and 12 Sculpin on their half day trip for 41 anglers.
The Liberty called in with 54 Dorado and 5 Yellowtail on their overnight charter for 27 anglers.
The Pacific Dawn called in with 12 Bluefin Tuna and 9 Yellowtail on their 2 day trip for 16 anglers.
The Tomahawk called in with LIMITS of Dorado (50), 9 Yellowtail, and 3 Yellowfin Tuna (25 lbs.) for 25 anglers on their Overnight Trip.

The Western Star called in with 4 Dorado and 3 Yellowtail on their full day offshore charter for 5 anglers.
The Islander called in with 36 Dorado and 2 Yellowfin Tuna for their overnight trip with 31 Anglers.
The Dolphin called in with 48 Yellowtail (15-20 #), 16 Calico Bass, 14 Bonito and 102 Rockfish on their full day CI trip for 31 anglers. They reported good weather and an excellent sign of fish.
The Pacific Queen returned from their 3 day trip with LIMITS of Bluefin Tuna (144) and 4 Yellowtail for 24 anglers. 15 of the Bluefin they caught were between 120 and 220 pounds.
The Condor returned from a 1.5 day trip with LIMITS of Dorado (68), 25 Yellowtail, and 14 Yellowfin Tuna for 34 anglers.
The Tomahawk returned from their 1.5 day trip with 41 Bluefin Tuna (5@ 120-180 lbs.) for 25 anglers.
The Pegasus returned from their 1.5 day trip with 22 Bluefin Tuna (1@260 lbs.) for 19 anglers.
Boats are recommending 25-pound outfits for the Yellowfin and Yellowtail. 40 to 60-pound outfits for mid-size Bluefin Tuna. 80 to 100-pound outfits for the bigger size Bluefin.
- Hook size, they are recommending number 1 to 2/0 size circle hooks. They are catching the Bluefin on fly-line rigs, sinkers-rigs, and flat fall jigs.
As of right now, all passengers must bring a face mask on all trips. Passengers on Overnight trips and longer need to bring their own pillow and blankets. The crews will be cleaning and sanitizing all common areas frequently.
