August 12, 2020, COVID Update: We have received many calls from concerned customers regarding their fishing trips. We are OPEN and will be running all trips as scheduled. Our fleet is doing everything they can to ensure that we observe all safety protocols to provide the safest environment possible for your fishing trip.

The Pegasus finished up their 2.5 day trip with 55 Blueifn Tuna and 1 Yellowfin Tuna for 14 anglers. 

The Condor called in with an update from their 1.5 Day trip with 44 Bluefin Tuna!

The Dolphin AM 1/2 day caught 36 Rockfish, 4 Whitefish, 1 Barracuda and 1 Lingcod for 33 anglers. 

The Dolphin PM 1/2 day caught 1 Barracuda, 4 Whitefish, 7 Sculpin, and 53 Rockfish for 28 anglers.

The Liberty caught 3 Yellowfin Tuna (30-40#) for 30 anglers on their full day trip.

The Pacific Queen has LIMITS of  Bluefin Tuna (138) for all 3 days of their 3 day trip for 23 anglers. They also have 34 Yellowtail (25-30#). 

The Islander called in with LIMITS of Bluefin Tuna  and 8 Yellowtail for Day 2 of their 2.5 day trip. 

The Tomahawk returned with 45 Bluefin Tuna on their 1.5 day trip.

The Outrider returned with LIMITS of Bluefin Tuna (22) up to 40#, 11 Yellowtail, and 30 Calico Bass for their 11 anglers.

The Shogun returned with LIMITS of Bluefin Tuna for 22 anglers on their 1.5 day trip.

The Pacific Dawn returned with LIMITS of Bluefin Tuna, 3 Yellowfin Tuna, and 1 Yellowtail for 17 anglers on their 2.5 day trip. 

Boats are recommending 25-pound outfits for the Yellowfin and Yellowtail. 40 to 60-pound outfits for mid-size Bluefin Tuna. 80 to 100-pound outfits for the bigger size Bluefin.

  • Hook size, they are recommending number 1 to 2/0 size circle hooks.  They are catching the Bluefin on fly-line rigs, sinkers-rigs, and flat fall jigs.

As of right now, all passengers must bring a face mask on all trips. Passengers on Overnight trips and longer need to bring their own pillow and blankets. The crews will be cleaning and sanitizing all common areas frequently.
